Tickets can be requested via Rycor beginning on Friday, April 10th until Friday, May 1st.
Morning Ceremony
The morning ceremony provides a wonderful opportunity for graduates to celebrate with a larger group of family and friends. Each graduate is welcome to bring up to 15 guests, ensuring that those who have supported their journey can be part of this special moment.
There is no cost for attending the morning event, and all guests are invited to share in this meaningful milestone.
Evening Ceremony
The evening ceremony offers a formal celebration for graduates and their loved ones, including a buffet dinner. Each graduate may initially purchase up to 4 guest tickets for this event. Ticket sales will be open until Friday, May 1st. Tickets are $125 per guest, while graduates attend at no cost.
To ensure all families have an equitable opportunity to participate, evening tickets will be released in two phases. Additional tickets will become available in the second release. If your family is interested in purchasing more than the initial allotment, please indicate this on the Rycor form, and we will reach out to confirm availability once the next phase of tickets is open for purchase.
Additional Ticket Information
Ticket sales for the ceremonies will open on Rycor on Friday, April 10th, with a second release period scheduled for after Friday, May 1st.
Families who express interest in additional tickets will be contacted once the second phase becomes available, ensuring everyone has a fair opportunity to secure the seats they need.
If you wish to be seated with or near another family, please include this request in the notes section of the Rycor form when purchasing tickets. To help us accommodate these preferences, both families must include the same request on their respective forms. Please note that tables seat 10 guests, and larger groups may need to be divided unless clearly specified and approved in advance.
For questions regarding ticket requests or dietary considerations, please contact us at grad@calgaryacademy.com. We are happy to support you in making this celebration meaningful and comfortable for all guests.
