For the morning ceremony, more seating is available, allowing graduates to bring up to 15 guests. In the evening, graduates can bring up to nine guests in addition to themselves.
There is no charge for the morning event. There is a $125 cost per ticket for guests attending the evening event and buffet dinner. Graduates are not required to pay. Should there be unsold tickets, we will provide an opportunity for families to purchase additional tickets at a later date.
Ticket sales were open until May 9 and are now closed. If there are any unsold tickets after the initial sales period, we will provide an opportunity for families to purchase additional tickets at a later date.
If you would like to sit with or near another family, please indicate this in the notes section when purchasing tickets. To help us accommodate requests, both families must include this information on their forms.

Morning Event: A coffee and tea station will be provided for the morning event.

Both events will be held at the WinSport Event Centre.

FAQ's
When do I need to RSVP by?
RSVPs for both events must be submitted by Friday, May 9 through Rycor.
Will there be an opportunity to obtain more RSVPs?
Once all families have RSVP'd for their family members, they will be notified if there are extra seats available for purchase.
Can we bring different guests for the different events?
Yes. Guests attending the morning event may also attend the evening event. Alternatively, you may choose to invite certain guests to the morning event and entirely different guests to the evening event.
How much does parking cost?
There is no charge to park at the WinSport Event Centre.
Will the events be livestreamed? Will we get a recording?
We are working with our tech team to livestream the event so more family members can watch each event. More details will be available after Spring Break.
What is the dress code for guests?
Morning event: Business casual attire.
Evening event: Semi-formal to formal attire.
Will there be accommodations for graduates and/or guests with dietary restrictions and/or allergies?
Information on any dietary restrictions and/or allergies must be submitted by Friday, May 9.
Will there be refreshments available for the morning event?
Tea and coffee will be available in the morning during the morning event. More information to follow after Spring Break.
What time will the doors open?
Morning Event: Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 10 a.m.
Evening Event: Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. The banquet will begin promptly at 5 p.m.
How long will each event last?
Each event is approximately two to three hours.
Can graduates keep their cap and gown?
Graduates may keep their cap. Gowns will need to be returned at the end of the morning.
Will there be a photographer on-site?
Calgary Academy will have photographers who will be taking photographs of both events. A link will be sent to families to access the photographs one week after the event.
